ICWS Industry Blitz

Salima Hebbache Steven is the founder and CEO of Event One Solutions International, co-founder of Energy One Solutions International, an energy management and grid-edge technology company, and Commissioner of the International Climate Webinar Series, where she hosts the ICWS Industry Blitz interviews with energy and climate leaders. For more than twenty years she has built convenings that bring government agencies, utilities, universities, financiers and community organizations to the same table on the energy transition, electrification and clean mobility.

Her career spans four regions and three languages. Born and educated in Algeria and based today in Greater Philadelphia, she works in English, French and Arabic and has delivered more than fifty international programs across North America, Europe, the Gulf and North Africa. She founded SIEE-Pollutec Algeria in 2002 and negotiated the north–south partnership with Pollutec France that internationalized it; the show still runs today. In Paris, at GO15, the association of the world's very large power grid operators, she developed the association's international cooperation with the World Energy Council and the International Confederation of Energy Regulators, led its annual communication strategy, designed the program of its executive meetings and bilateral workshops for senior members from thirteen countries, supported the Steering Board in its communications, and coordinated the work of the Governing Board and Committees alongside the Secretary General. She also co-created the annual GO15 Forum.

Her programs are known for rigor: tightly built agendas, senior speakers, disciplined timekeeping and partnerships that outlast the event itself. She holds a degree in agronomic science from the University of Blida and certifications in B2B marketing strategy and Lean Six Sigma.
